The Shoppes At Bayshore
is a 6,300-square foot space that showcases national and local boutique brands, including names like Tommy Bahama, Quiksilver and Bourbon and Bowties. A pop-up Tampa shop holds a rotating display of local goods. The store’s bookstore and newsstand sells La Segunda pastries, Toffee To Go toffee and Kahwa coffee. Terrazzo was installed by Steward Mellon Company.
Lakeland Regional Health Pavilion for Women and Children
This large women's and children's expansion project is a significant addition to a growing regional medical center serving Polk County. The eight story hospital establishes an iconic presence on the south side of the health campus. Featuring epoxy terrazzo that was installed by Steward Mellon Company.
Florida Hospital Tampa
The new six-story, 300,000 square foot surgical tower expansion includes 24 new operating rooms, a new hospital entrance and more than 100 all-private dedicated surgical care beds. Features epoxy terrazzo being installed by Steward Mellon Company.
USF Morsani College of Medicine
Designed by the HOK and installed by David Allen Company.
BayCare Health Systems Headquarters
The main lobby space conveys a sense of quality, openness and purpose balanced with warmth and convenience. The office floors balance private, focus spaces with collaborative workspaces. A round 6,500-square-foot dining hall provides a connection between the office buildings and doubles as a special event venue.Terrazzo was installed by Steward Mellon Company.
Apple Store International Mall
